Do each of these 4 exercises for 1 minute with 20-30 seconds of rest in between. Repeat the entire cycle 3 times for the full workout.     @Rekkie88 Instead of focusing on? results you can “see”, concentrate on being motivated by how you “feel”. A good workout should leave you feeling energized and give you the sense that you’ve done something good for yourself.

    @ImYourNum1Girl – she tells you towards the end of the video to do the four? exercises shown for a total of 1 minute each, taking shore breaks in between. She advises to do these exercises for three rounds, which will total a 15-20 minute workout. All of Bex’s videos are great, you will like the results!
