i dont care about not eating junk food or soft? drinks,,,i can go with suoer foods and water for a long time but eventually i need to get drunk =)

Common sence! Eat less? you lose more fat .eat an apple or two to make you fill full and have an exercise for at least 20 min or more

I will never give up Chocolate and ice cream. you can have those in moderation just keep going the gym and you do fine. I? don’t eat those foods all the time.
i never eat anything greasy or that has a lot of fat in in. NEVER work out 3? times a day or for 60 minutes and your ggoodd just stay awy from the junkk foods:D

i excercise regularly and eat things like tuna pasta, spaghetti, pasta bakes, chicken salads, corned beef and potato pie, tuna and noodles, flavoured rice with meat, i add honey and or fruit to my breakfast insted of sugar, just be creative and excercise as long as you do its? ok to have a treat once in a while

you dont know much about steroids do you.. they encourage testosterone production in the body which increases protein synthesis for faster recovery. it wont add more mass, but allow you to train a body part more often at higher intensity which means more growth. body builders who take it still work? harder than 90% of people who go to the gym regularly. im not saying its good, but sounds like you dont know how it works. only trying to help
What about jogging,running ,zumba? etc?
I don’t know why anyone would follow a nutrition program that isn’t customized to their body type. Anyone who wants to lose weight should be following the “Fat Loss Customized” program..
