I wrote this blog to show you that it really is easier than you think to lose belly fat and give yourself that trim, taut, flat stomach you’ve always wanted without as much effort as you might think.

So many of the tips to lose belly fat that you read simply don’t work unless you know the right way to put them to good use. Most weight loss websites focus on general weight loss but this isn’t the same thing as working on a specific area like the belly.

Women and men tend to store fat around the middle for different reasons, so dealing with general information about weight loss isn’t going to give you the specific belly-flattening information that is right for your body type or for whether you’re a man or a woman.

This is why I decided to put together my own tips to lose belly fat that really helped me when I needed it most. I tried everything to get rid of the belly fat bulge and nothing seemed to work.

I’m sure I read every lose belly fat website and blog on the Internet in my efforts to flatten my belly and they all had the same general, pointless information. But I followed their tips anyway, hoping that one of them would give me the results I was looking for.

It was only when I stumbled across a system that not only gave me the information I was looking for, but also gave me the results I needed that I decided to share some of the great things I learned on this blog.

For example, I learned that many ‘health’ foods won’t help you to lose weight and can actually trigger something in your metabolism that makes your body want to store even more fat around your mid-section.

What those health food manufacturers don’t want you to know is that there are some specific foods you should add to your daily diet that can actually stimulate your metabolism and make your body shed that unwanted belly fat for you.

I also learned that the type of stomach exercises you should be using to flatten your tummy aren’t the ones you’d expect. Sit ups and crunches could actually be increasing your waistline measurements instead of reducing them like you were trying for. The same is true for those ab machines you see advertised. Those trim, terrific models you see really didn’t get those great bodies by using those machines and neither will you.

So if you’re after real, proven tips to lose belly fat then I’ll do my best to show you the actual tips and tricks that helped me to get that flat stomach back.
